Chocolate Pudding For Weight Loss

This delicious and delectable raw chocolate pudding is made from avocados as one of the main ingredients. I can truly tell you that it is delicious.You can’t even taste the avocado however what you do get is the creaminess and the satisfaction of having a pudding that really tastes very decadent.

I made this for myself and my daughter one evening and as you can see in the picture it is actually served in a glass so I thought they would be the perfect size for this rich and creamy chocolate pudding.

It is worth digging around in your kitchen for something pretty and small to serve this pudding in. It is truly delicious and would really impress at any dinner party too.

Chocolate Pudding Instructions

Course: puddings

Cuisine: Wheat Free, gluten free, dairy free
Servings: 8 people    

Time: 20 minutes



4 Ripe avocados
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of xylitol syrup
1 cup of raw cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract

Servings: 8 people

Slice the avocados length ways and remove the pit.
Scoop out the flesh
Combine the avocado, the xylitol syrup and the coconut milk and finally add in the vanilla extract.
Then add in the raw cacao powder
Blend on high for 30 seconds or until all of the lumps have gone then refrigerate
Serve with either fresh berries or sliced bananas on top and enjoy the creamy smooth chocolaty deliciousness.
