Chocolate Smoothie With Mint Choc Chips

There are many ways of getting that chocolate fix without all of the sugar and in ways that will build your health instead of depleting it. Try our delicious chocolate smoothie and share it with a girlfriend after a lovely walk together.

Servings: 2 people

Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients


  • 1 cup of coconut milk, low fat
  • 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp of flax meal
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs raw and used as a garnish

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a large measuring jug and whizz with your stick blender. Otherwise put all ingredients into a blender if you have one.

Remember to only add the cacao nibs at the end for that extra crunch.
